Head Coach Aspen Carlson
Coach Carlson has always loved basketball and still jumps in to play whenever she can. The game has taught her teamwork, discipline, and perseverance—lessons she’s eager to share with players this season. Aspen is a pre-law student at Montana State University, pursuing a career focused on making a positive impact. Her goal is to help each player grow in skill and confidence while strengthening their relationship with Christ. She believes basketball isn’t just about winning, but about playing with purpose and bringing glory to God in all we do.

Assistant Coach - Lisa Lang
Lisa Lang has enjoyed coaching the Cougar high school girls for the last 2 years. Her basketball career started as a 4th grader moving to "small town" Montana and on the first day of school realized that basketball would be part of her life whether she liked it or not. Thankfully, she loved the sport and now enjoys sharing her love of the game with incredible girls. She recognizes how God uses sports to reveal our character and enjoys discipling the girls towards Christlikeness.
