Coach Carlson grew up on the basketball court, competing through high school and still enjoying the game today. A lifelong athlete, he’s committed to helping players grow both on and off the court. Outside of basketball, Darren is a Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor, and he graduated from Montana State University with a degree in Aviation. This season, his goal is to help each player develop strong basketball fundamentals while growing closer to Christ—learning to play for God’s glory by working hard, supporting one another, and using their talents to honor Him.

Coach Carlson has always loved basketball and still jumps in to play whenever she can. The game has taught her teamwork, discipline, and perseverance—lessons she’s eager to share with players this season. Aspen is a pre-law student at Montana State University, pursuing a career focused on making a positive impact. Her goal is to help each player grow in skill and confidence while strengthening their relationship with Christ. She believes basketball isn’t just about winning, but about playing with purpose and bringing glory to God in all we do.
